I’m supposed to bike 30 min today, but now after work is all wrapped up, it’s dark. So…. I’m headed to the gym to swim as far as I can in an hour. Hopefully I’ll get over 2,000 meters.

Quick run at the gym… I got just over 2 miles in 20 minutes. I’m pretty sure that’s my best mile time on the treadmill at 10m 50sec mile. I think running outside has helped this along.
